1. Good treadmill

   A pretty good treadmill for the price, fairly easy to assemble, though the wrench tool is minimal and it's easier to use a larger tool. Hex keys worked fine. One of the sensor wire ends was damaged (cut), perhaps a shipping accident. I don't really use the sensor, prefer just to use a clock. 20-30 brisk minutes can give a good workout.
   It's heavier than I thought, and sturdy. Moving it around could be difficult for some. I set it upright on a small carpet with the rubber bottom turned up and slide the treadmill on the carpet. Folds up well, I put it away upright behind a half-opened door.

   Easy to get started and keeps up a good pace. Handle height is not adjustable. Size seems good for a medium (5'7") person.
   If you can't walk outside or go to a gym, it's an affordable alternative.

2. Very Pleased

   this is a real workout, everything was included, set up only took about 20mins and it was ready to go. It does take alittle getting use to, since it is manual it does take some work. I understand that a 15min workout on this treadmill equals a 30min walk, so you get less time on it and more results. It was very quite, I watched tv while I walked and loved it. It also folds up easily and stores out of the way.
