1. Treadmill setup

   The treadmill actually arrived several days ahead of schedule on a lift truck. The box is huge. My wife and I assembled the thing slowly according to the instructions, the few tools that are required are included. It took us 3 hours I believe. The instructions are very detailed. The only thing confusing was the instructions on lubricating the deck and wheel. My step-son figured that one out. The treadmill works great as a good walking workout. 2. Good Quality for the price

   I was a little concerned about the quality of the product due to the low price, but I was happy to find it to be exactly what I needed. It is more narrow that the ones I am used to at the gym, but I have been running at speeds up to 8 miles/hr and the calibrations all seem perfect. I have also used the incline and never found it to be unstable or have any problems. My only complaint is how difficult it was to assemble. It took two people, and the pre-drilled holes didn't all line up perfectly, it took almost an hour from start to finish. Also following the directions step by step, I screwed the final two pieces on the back to complete the assembly, which took 10 minutes since the parts didn't line up. Then I read the first step before you can use the treadmill "lubricating the belt" requires the removal of these two parts! At least the treadmill does come with a bottle of lubricant, because I was ready to use it the day I put it together. Overall I have been very happy with the purchase.
